If your Smart Kid Scale never turns off, perform the following steps to prevent the batteries from draining too fast:
- Open the battery compartment.
- Remove one of the batteries
- Make sure you hold the scale without putting your fingers in contact with the scale's sensitive button and slider.
- Put the battery back in place.
- Close the battery compartment.
