If the internal software update fails, perform the following steps:
- If you're using the iOS app, go to My devices > Nokia Activité > Set the time.
The app will then be able to retrieve the latest firmware version and install it.
- If you're using the Android app, tap Try again if you're still on the update screen, or reinstall your Nokia Activité™.
Please note that Android users need versions 2.13 of the Nokia Health Mate™ app to be able to update their watch.
