If the internal software update fails, perform the following steps:

  1. If you're using the iOS app, go to My devices > Nokia Activité > Set the time.
    The app will then be able to retrieve the latest firmware version and install it.
  2. If you're using the Android app, tap Try again if you're still on the update screen, or reinstall your Nokia Activité™.

Please note that Android users need versions 2.13 of the Nokia Health Mate™ app to be able to update their watch.
