Our fraud system can sometimes put orders on hold for various reasons. When that happens, the order status switches to "Pending fraud review" and the order will be manually reviewed by our Customer Service team.

Please note that no action is required on your side during this process. The processing of your order can take up to 48 hours. After that, you will receive an email if your order is confirmed or cancelled. 

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but as some of our customers have been the victims of frauds in the past, we want to make sure this does not happen again. We at Withings take your security and the security of your transactions very seriously.
